Town Quay Park is unique in Southampton as it brings together:

• open space and nature in a built up area with
• medieval ruins and history with
• views of the Southampton Water and the comings and goings of the docks.

An intimate park which is:

• a beautiful garden for many local residents
• a play area for children
• an open space for dog walkers
• a link with Southampton's medieval coastal past for the history buffs
• a relaxing and beautiful vantage point for boat-watchers
• a place to picnic and rest for groups of tourists

Our goal is:

• to preserve and improve the Town Quay Park site for the wellbeing and pleasure of the community and visitors to the city.

• to work with other interest groups and Southampton City Council to preserve the heritage of the Old Town area for the people of Southampton, visitors to the city and future generations.
